Real Diving Thailand full face mask specialty

There are lots of reasons why divers are trying out the full face mask whether its fit, vision, mask flooding or just the adventure of doing something new.

The Padi full face mask course takes just 2 days to complete, all you need to be is a certified open water diver to do the course.

The 1st day of the course is spent at the pool side learning the features and benefits of having a full face mask. After that its into the pool to take your first breaths underwater whether its through your mouth or nose it doesn’t matter anymore.

The full face mask works on a slight continuous flow so there’s no chance of getting water in the mask, the air pressure just pushes and keeps the water out.

You will learn how to equalize your ears which is a bit different to normal diving but simple to do. Once you are comfortable with the mask we will have some fun swimming around and doing a few skills and drills.

The 2nd day of the course is out at the coral islands of Pattaya or Samae San. The first thing you will notice on the dive is your expanded field of vision because of the larger mask space. On the dives we will do some of the skills that you have learnt in the pool already then we can have some fun looking around and seeing what fish life we can find.
