PATTAYA DIVE SITES
Pattaya dive sites. We are an Authentic TAT registered company (Tourism Authority of Thailand) which means we pass and follow all the safety rules to be able to take tourists scuba diving, we also have a 100% safety record in diving.
Our week day dive trips start at 9.30am and we are usually back after the dive activities at 2 to 3pm. For our local and Bangkok divers our weekend trips are now leaving at 10am from Jomtien beach and we are usually back at 3pm-ish. This should give you plenty of time to travel to and fro from Bangkok.
Once the covid 19 situation is under control we will be going back to our BBQ’s and cold beverages at our local watering holes, which hopefully won’t be much longer.
We will also be running afternoon/night dive trips from October onwards which we update our divers with a monthly newsletter which is published on our website and our facebook pages.
Pattaya is the only place in Thailand where you can dive all year round as we don’t experience the unexpected torrential storms and large waves like you get from the April to November monsoon (rainy season) in the North and South of Thailand such as Phuket and Koh Tao. Pattaya is on the East of Thailand where it is sheltered in the Gulf of Thailand and has the least amount of rainfall in Thailand.
Pattaya offers great coral and wreck dives and is a great place to learn to dive or take a PADI course plus. All the best dive centers in Pattaya are PADI 5 Star IDC Centers which means they can teach all PADI courses from beginner level to Professional levels and above.
The Pattaya far islands have a good selection of coral dive sites for certified divers and students such as Koh Rin, North Rock/South Rock, Koh Man Wichai and Koh klung badan.
Koh Rin has 2 pinnacles either side of her as well as the main island which are great coral dives. Koh Man Wichai has a wall and the famous “fingers” the reef known for looking like the shape of a giant hand. On the coral dives, you will see tropical fish life such as Angelfish, Butterfly fish, schooling Fusiliers and Long Toms plus we have different types of stingrays and pufferfish to see on the dives.
The Pattaya Near islands are renowned for large Hawksbill turtles especially on the Islands of Koh Larn, Koh Sak and Koh Krok, you see them on every dive.
Pattaya is also a great place to wreck dive or take a PADI course as we have 4 great shipwrecks, the HTMS Khram & HTMS Kood which rest at 30 metres plus the HTMS Mataphon at 22 metres these all ex-US Navy vessels. The Pattaya wrecks were all scuttled to make artificial reefs and now there is so much fish life on all the wrecks. Schooling barracuda, batfish, rays and small sharks are seen on the dives.

You do need to be an Advanced diver to dive the wrecks, if you are an Open water diver and want to dive the wrecks we have a special price reduction for the PADI Advanced course which only take two days to complete where you get to dive the wrecks.
Every student on our PADI courses get a full set of rental equipment and also a rental dive computer to dive with which enhances safety and fun. A timing device is a mandatory piece of equipment for every student on a PADI course. You will learn more about the dive computer on the PADI courses and why each diver must have one.
We have a lot of fun specialty courses such as dive propulsion vehicles, side mount diving, wreck, deep specs and a good camera system for photography and videography.
If you are looking to change your life style and are interested in becoming a dive professional we do have scuba a Diving internship which takes you from which ever level of diver you are to the ultimate professional ratings of PADI Divemaster, PADI Dive Instructor ratings and above.
