PADI ReActivation Course
Have you been scuba diving lately? Feeling a bit rusty? The PADI ReActivation course will renew your certification
PADI ReActivation course is designed to refresh your diving knowledge and brush up on your dive skills. It is strongly advised to reactivate your certification if you have been out of diving for longer than six months
We run reactivation courses from a private swimming pool and run our dive trips from a 12-metre speedboat which only takes 15 minutes to get to the dive sites, 9.30am to 2.30pm.
It doesn’t take long to get back in the water and feeling comfortable again. It’s quick and easy, and a good way to prepare for your next PADI course or get you ready for adventure on a diving vacation.
The reactivation course is completed in a pool and 2 dives at the Pattaya Islands. On the Reactivation course there is PADI online/offline elearning where you refresh the knowledge from the PADI Open water course in your own time, reactivate elearning also includes a video review of the scuba skills you will be doing in the pool.
Once the PADI elearning and the course is completed you will receive a new digital certification card with ReActivation written on it to prove you have completed the PADI ReActivation course.
What will you learn?
In our private pool we will go over all the skills and safety concepts from the open water course (no swims involved) and get you ready for your 2 coral dives at the Pattaya islands
On the PADI Reactivation course we’ll go over the important dive safety concepts with you and also have you practice putting your gear together and doing a pre-dive safety check with your buddy before the dive.
In the pool, you’ll practice all basic scuba skills such as mask clearing, reg clearing, buoyancy skills, out of air drills, scuba and weight removal and don, ascents and descents etc, we will also focus on good buoyancy control and finning.
The following day we will go on our speedboat to the Pattaya coral islands and do 2 dives where we will do some of the skills that you do on a normal dive such as ascents descents, mask clearing, reg clearing but mostly it will be 2 fun dives where you have a great chance of seeing tropical marine life plus angelfish, rays, puffer fish and large hawk bill sea turtles.
After the dive, we move the speedboat to a different coral dive site and go for another reef dive.
PADI Divers who complete both the elearning knowledge and the dive skills refresher receive a replacement digital PADI certification card with ReActivate on it.
Reactivation course is a great way to get you ready for the next course the “PADI Advanced course“ where you get to dive the shipwrecks in Pattaya.
